Complete the medical/health history intake form @ Asha's Holistic Bodywork prior to our meeting. No appointments will be made without this form. No exceptions. The scheduling website is HIPPA-protected.
2. Request a Video Consultation: View my online appointment schedule and request a complimentary video consultation to review your health history, discuss your needs, and ensure a customized session.
3. Request an Appointment: Choose your desired service, check availability, and send an appointment request. Your appointment is scheduled when you receive your confirmation via text and email.
- Appointments can be booked 48 hours to 30 days in advance.
Same-day or previous-day bookings are not available.
