1. Required health intake form: When requesting your consultation, an intake form will automatically be sent to you. Complete the medical/health history intake form @ Asha's Holistic Bodywork prior to our meeting. No appointments will be made without this form. No exceptions. The scheduling website is HIPPA-protected.
2. Request a Video Consultation: View my online appointment schedule and request a complimentary video consultation to review your health history, discuss your needs, and ensure a customized session.
3. Request an Appointment: Choose your desired service, check availability, and send an appointment request. Your appointment is scheduled when you receive your confirmation via text and email.
- Appointments can be booked 48 hours to 30 days in advance.
Same-day or previous-day bookings are not available.

At Asha's Holistic Bodywork, I focus on delivering targeted, effective treatments rather than standard one-hour full-body massages, which can be less effective. My approach dedicates 30 to 45 minutes of your 90-minute or 2-hour full-body massage to address specific problem areas, similar to a physical therapy session. This method supports your healing journey with efficient bodywork that maximizes results while saving you time and money.
Several exceptions are the Light Touch Massage for elderly and oncology clients, cupping therapy for the back treatment, and the 60-minute, luxurious Feet Rescue service.
Memberships include 50% off upgrades, while the VIP Series offers 100% complimentary upgrades. Free parking is available, and gratuities are not required.
